In a recent Google meeting, Google said that it has released a Google Assistant number for Vodafone and Idea users, by placing a call on you will be able to talk to the Google Assistant and ask him your questions.  Without internet.

You can talk to Google Assistant in 2 languages.After connecting the call, if you want to speak in English, then you have to press 1 and if you want to speak in Hindi, then you have to press 2.  If you want to change your location i.e. city and state, then by pressing 0 you can change your location. You can ask him a lot of questions.  Such as "What is the temperature in Mumbai;?", "Which is the popular hotel near me?" and so on...  Google Assistant will answer all these questions in seconds. Google Assistant's phone number is 0008009191000. This number is only valid for Vodafone and Idea SIM users.
